You talk. It becomes a dated, locked entry in your own words. No typing, no forms, no putting it off.
In the team meeting, Mark repeated my proposal from last week and presented it as his own. When I pointed this out, he said I was "confused again." Priya and Sam were present.
How it works
Even under pressure — especially under pressure — opening a blank page feels like admitting things are that bad. So the whole job here is thirty seconds of talking.
Upset, repeating yourself, out of order — fine. Your speech becomes text on the phone itself, and the audio is deleted once it has.
Tidied into plain facts a third party could read. Two timestamps, always: when it happened, and when you said it. Your original words are kept underneath, untouched.
Entries lock when saved. You can add to them later — additions get their own timestamp. That's what makes a record believable.
The part you can't see from inside
Private by design
This is the most personal record you'll ever keep. It's treated that way.
Face ID or a PIN on every open, and it closes the moment you switch away. It opens on a page of affirmations, not on your notes.
There is no sign-up and no copy of your record on our servers, because there are no servers holding it. Your entries live on your phone, and travel with an encrypted iPhone backup.
No analytics, no advertising, no trackers. Nothing you write trains anything, and we never read it. Export everything or erase everything, any time.
One thing does leave the phone, and only if you want it to: the text of what you said is sent away to be tidied into the written account. That step is optional, and an entry works perfectly well without it. The privacy page sets out exactly what is sent.

When you're ready
One tap builds a single, sober PDF — numbered entries, both timestamps, photos as labelled exhibits. The kind of document HR takes seriously, a solicitor can use as-is, and nobody can wave away as "just how you remember it."
Export everything, or one person, or several at once. Choose the written-up account on its own, or with your original unedited words at the back. Same record, cut for whoever needs to see it.
